3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Clip bhai will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping cost.
